About Vincent Matheney

Vincent Matheney

From an early age I have always loved art. Some of my earliest memories are sitting in front of a coloring book working intensely at making the page look perfect and doing my best to bring the content to life. My love for art carried into middle school where I was fortunate enough to work with Virgil Villers my middle school art teacher. Myself and a couple of other students were able to spend a week working with him at his studio in between 7th and 8th grade. Watching him work was very inspirational. In high school my passion for art and design really took off. I had Mr. C for art through my high school years and he was always very encouraging. It was about this time that I began to realize that I had some talent and wanted to pursue art...
